For dinner, we bring Pataks (curry paste) in a little nalgene. Add it to your lentil curry or even pasta dishes with powdered coconut milk and you've got yourself a hearty backcountry meal.

Using tin foil you wrap pre cooked cut potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and usually hunks of stewed beef, but put whatever protein you want, place beside fire for reheating and enjoy!
